Hey guys.  Don’t forget this is the last week to get all of your stuff done for the Paleo Challenge.  Below is a list of reminders. 

1.  Be sure you have re-testesed your Deadlift, Pull Ups, Helen, and Grace times. 

2.  Be sure to get your photo taken!  Ask your coach!

3.  Write your testimonial and send it to [email protected] no later than Friday, the 18th.  Remember, testimonials will be public.  We want people to be inspired by your stories!

As for the photos, voting, etc.  We will most likely  have a private viewing  of some sort here at the gym.  We will not post photos for the world to see.  Although, if you’re the winner we sure might try to talk you into it!

You guys have done so great!  Don’t forget to get this stuff done.  See you in class!
