Paleolithic Solution

Lately I’ve been asked by several people, “When are you guys going to have another Paleo challenge?”  They’ve seen and heard about all of the progress people have made in their looks, the way they feel, and the way they perform.  And they want to try it too.

Now, we haven’t set a date yet for the next challenge but just because we’re in between Paleo challenges doesn’t mean you can’t get started right away.  And lucky for you Robb Wolf, the Paleo and nutrition guru himself, has just released his new book The Paleolithic Solution.  If you look around the gym you can see quite blatantly how a Paleo or Paleo Zone lifestyle combined with CrossFit has changed peoples lives for the better.  If you want to learn more and get started you can order the book  here.
