As many of you have noticed (and a few of you have already taken advantage of), we have a new service for you here at CrossFit West – Sports Massage.  Marcus McDonough is now offering Pre and Post workout massage options ranging from 10-60 minutes.  Marcus is a Certified Massage Therapist, graduate of Ascete Massage Center, and a former D-1 collegiate football player with years of experience on strength and conditioning.  His training and experience include Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Reflexology techniques with a current focus in Deep Tissue, Somatics, PNF, and Facilitated Stretching & Sports Therapy for CrossFit athletes specifically.  Services at CrossFit West Santa Cruz will include:
  • Standard Pre-Workout Massage (10-20 minutes)
  • Standard Post-Workout Massage (10-20 minutes)
  • Site/Injury Specific Massage (10 minutes)
  • Stress Relief & Relaxation Massage (30-60 minutes)
