WestFit and More

Our WestFit Programing is based off of the barbell with Strength being our specialty! We lift weights often prior to our circuit portion throughout the week.

Your unlimited membership grants you access to all WestFit class times, Weightlifting classes, and Open Gym!


WestFit:

We have over 40 WestFit Classes to choose from 7 days a week! Our WestFit Programing is based off of the barbell with Strength being our specialty! We lift weights often prior to our circuit portion throughout the week.

Endurance Friday:

Here we start the weekend off with a nice long sweaty workout with all our Friday classes!

Weightlifting:

We offer Weightlifting specific classes for members that would like to take time and work on the more technical movements of the Snatch, and Clean and Jerk.

Outdoor Workout Saturdays:

Every Saturday at 10am we program a fun outdoor workout! Grab your sunglasses and get to work!

Open Gym:

We offer Open Gym hours Monday through Friday from 10-11:30am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2:30pm, and Saturdays at 10am.
