CrossFit and More

Our CrossFit Programing is based off of the barbell with Strength being our specialty! We lift weights often prior to our circuit portion throughout the week.

CrossFit:

We have over 40 CrossFit Classes to choose from 7 days a week! Our CrossFit Programing is based off of the barbell with Strength being our specialty! We lift weights often prior to our circuit portion throughout the week.

Endurance Friday:

Here we start the weekend off with a nice long sweaty workout with all our Friday classes!

Weightlifting Weekends:

We offer Weightlifting specific classes on the weekends for members that would like to take time and work on the more technical movements of the Snatch, and Clean and Jerk.

Partner Workout Sundays:

Every Sunday at 10am we program a fun partner workout! Grab a friend or meet a friend and get to work!

Open Gym:

We offer Open Gym hours Monday through Friday from 10-12pm and on Sundays from 11-1pm.

Your membership grants you access to all CrossFit class times, Weightlifting classes, and Open gym!

Please note:
Our 4:30Pm classes are our biggest classes, where we have 2 coaches on staff to accommodate the volume.
Our early classes:

  • 6am
  • 7am
  • 8am
  • 9am
  • 12pm
  • 6:30pm being our lighter attended classes.
