Double Strength Please is our Specialty barbell club that combines weightlifting movements (Snatch, Clean and Jerk) with powerlifting movements (Press, Deadlift, Low Bar Back Squat) with the goal of getting athletes stronger, and more proficient with the technical movements.
Each cycle is 8 weeks long. Classes are 2 days a week and 75 minutes long with a 3rd day programmed.
Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm
2x per week for 8 weeks
Price: Non-Members = $275. Members = $175
Cap: 10 athletes
