CrossFit is a ripple starter. It’s the rock that gets chucked into a pond with a big kerplunk that starts a stream of ripples moving outward from the rock. Of course, there are other ripple starters out there, but CrossFit is a big one. From that initial kerplunk of starting CrossFit, those ripples spread into every facet of one’s life. It’s just that powerful.
