Scale Up!

Emmitt scales up from chest-2-bar pullups to bar muscle ups.

Go for it, scale up.  If the WOD calls for pullups, go chest-2-bar.  The WOD calls for burpees, do every one with a high jump.  The WOD calls for pushups, get some air at the top of each one. The WOD calls for a percentage range (like below), load the bar at the high end.  The WOD calls for handstand pushups, put a bumper under each hand.

Workout:

Deadlift

2 on the minute for 10 minutes @ 75-80% 1RM

Then:

5 Rounds

2 Muscle Ups

3 Pistols (each leg)

4 Broad Jumps for speed and distance
