Talapia and Shrimp cooked in Coconut oil with Asparagus and Berries:

2 lbs Talapia

1 lbs Shrimp

Coconut oil

1 Bunch Asparagus

Strawberries

Blueberries

Coconut milk

Heat oven to 400.  Lay asparagus on cookie sheet and spray with olive oil.  Season to taste.  Place in oven for 20 min.  While asparagus is cooking melt coconut oil in a pan.  Add cooked/washed shrimp and Talapia. Season with a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper (not too much, the coconut oil gives it plenty of taste).  Cook until browned and fish begins to flake.

Serve with baked asparagus and a side of strawberries and blueberries drizzled with coconut milk.
