Workout:

OH Squat

Body weight- max reps

3 min intervals x5 rounds

100ft lunge walk

50% of your max pull ups

10 burpees

*complete one round of the above- the remaining time in the 3 min round is your rest.

*Pull ups example: if your max pull ups is 20, you will do 10 pu per round.
