Summer Sports Series-Bike Ride

It’s back!  Join us for a fun evening outside of the gym, enjoying this beautiful area we call home. This Wednesday will be our Bike Ride, open to each and every member of the gym.  Whether you ride all the time or have taken a 20 year break, you are bound to have fun cycling with your fellow CrossFitters.

6/6/2012 – 5:00 PM**SHARP**: Bring your own bike or rent one fromAdventure Out. Take an evening bike ride through Wilder Ranch and Pogonip and finish out with a group dinner.

Please sign-up at the front desk tomorrow, and let Cliff know right away if you need a bike.  And yes, everyone wears a helmet. 🙂
