3 Rounds for time: move all implements 100m any way you want.

It is now the middle of November and that means we are a bare six weeks from the new year. Some 11 months ago many of us made year end goals, and now, six weeks from twenty twelve, it is time to take stock and tally up our successes and remaining goals. Six weeks is plenty of time to focus and achieve those remaining goals.

Muscle up? Fifteen bodyweight overhead squats? A single pullup? Whatever your goals from the last New Year may be, right now is the time to get busy. Talk to one of the CrossFit West Santa Cruz coaches this week about your goals and how to reach them in time for new goals come January. Remember, you can do it.
