Test Day–1RM


 

Get pumped with some very big lifts by some big men set to loud guitars.

There is always a lot of excitement surrounding the end of a program and the resulting test day. Our current back squat program is at an end and it is time to show what you got. Come to class focused and ready. One big lift. Set a new PR. You can do it!

Back Squat

1RM – TEST DAY!

Then:

OTM for 15 minutes

Sprint 30 yards (length of turf)

10 Russian Kettlebell swings (HEAVY!!!)
