Thank you all for coming to the new box opening party.  About three dozen people went through the WOD and many more came for the food, drink, and fun after.

From all of us at CrossFit West, we really appreciate you celebrating our great new box with us.

The rest of the keg will be finished off at a barbecue at Cliff’s house starting about 2PM.

Cliff’s house is located at 130 Reed Way (across from Golds Gym-a good chance to get in some calf raises and bicep pumps in between pints)
