For those who couldn’t be there on Saturday above is the building of CF WEST-LONGEVITY video that was shown at the start of the festivities.

Saturday’s Grand Opening Party was a blast.  Ton’s of people, from Vallejo and Palo Alto all the way down to San Diego, came out to celebrate, workout, and mingle.  One person even referred to it as a “mini CrossFit Games.”  Much fun was had by all.

We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who came to celebrate and to all our friends who helped build our beautiful gym.  A special thanks goes out to the famous Coach Burgener for making the trip to come be with us on our special day.  Also thanks to Greg and Aimee Everett and the Crew from Catalyst Athletics and Freddy Camacho and Chyna Cho from CrossFit One World for helping us out with judging and also just for being your bad selves.  Thanks to Hollis Malloy from CrossFit Santa Cruz and Eva T from CrossFit Santa Cruz Central for visiting us as well!

And a HUGE thanks to all of our clients and friends from right here at CrossFit West for pitching in and helping us run a wonderful party!
