The CrossFit West Santa Cruz High Box Jump record of 50″ was absolutely shattered today. 57 inches! That is 10 45# bumpers stacked on the 24″ box. Congratulations to Nate on a seemingly impossible leap. Actually he made it with ease. I was tempted to stack another 45 up there, but I decided to give the poor springbok a break. Next time.

So, the challenge is set. All you jumpers out there, Desmond, Vyasa, Sean, and any other tiggers, can you best 57 inches?

Run 200m after every other couplet. So there are 3 runs in all. It looks like this:

Make sure the ball touches the ground at the beginning of the rep, that there is full hip extension on the clean, a full squat after, and you stand tall at the end of each rep.
