The Compromise

Any WOD done right always becomes a compromise between technique and intensity.  It has to be, it must be.  Without attention to technique, the WOD is slop, an injury sure to happen. Without intensity, the WOD is rote, a stairmaster without the the machine.  The WOD must be balanced between the two.

Where is your compromise?  What is your balance?
