Tonight’s Simple Paleo Protein Staple:
Ground Turkey with Sun Dried Tomato and Fresh Basil
Ingredients:
2 packages ground turkey
2 8.5oz jars of Sun Dried Tomatos in olive oil
Fresh Basil
Italian Seasoning
Sea Salt
Pepper
Prep: Chop up basil. Heat frying pan on med/hi. Add oil from the jars of Sun Dried tomato (this is the real secret) Add turkey and spices, occasionally stirring. Once turkey is about half cookekd add the tomatos and chopped basil. Cook until golden brown. Serve with any veggies, or salad. It’s great hot, right off the griddle, or in refrigerated in tupperwares for you lunch the next day.
