This Saturday we will be hosting the Tuff Stuff Competition at CrossFit West! Co-ed teams of 2 will be competing in 3 events all day this weekend. Here are 2 of the 3 workouts already released!
WOD 1 – Rx
10 Minutes
Each team will have 2 bars with set weights. 1 athlete must work at a time.
Buy In = 40 Handstand Push-Ups
- 30 Thrusters (135/95)
- 3 Legless Rope Climbs
- 20 Thrusters (135/95)
- 2 Legless Rope Climbs
- 10 Thrusters (135/95)
- 1 Legless Rope Climbs
Score=Time
WOD 1 – Scaled and Masters
10 Minutes
Each team will have 2 bars with set weights. 1 athlete must work at a time.
Buy In = 60 HR Push-Ups
- 30 Thrusters (95/65)
- 3 Rope Climbs
- 20 Thrusters (95/65)
- 2 Rope Climbs
- 10 Thrusters (95/65)
- 1 Rope Climbs
Score=Time
WOD 2 – Rx, Scaled, and Masters
8 Minutes
2 Barbells
- 1 Athlete Must Row for Calories While Other Attempts Max Load of the Following Complex:
- 3 Deadlifts + 2 Squat Hang Cleans + 1 Shoulder to Overhead (can not let go of bar)!
Once athlete reaches max lift, he or she will switch with partner and row for calories while other attempts max load
Score 1=Total Calories
Score 2=Total Cumulative Weight Moved as a Team
