Have you ever seen a sports car being driven super slow and conservative? Or a gnarly looking jeep or land cruiser with every off road bell and whistle but you know it is never off road getting dirty and gritty? Whenever you see something like that, it is kind of a shame that this incredible machine is not being used for the purpose it was intended.

It’s the same with you and your fitness. CrossFit gives you unparalleled fitness. It increases your athleticism, your energy levels, and your mobility. You gotta use it. Get out of the gym and into the thick of it. Play b-ball, take up surfing, get on the jujutsu mat, lace up some boxing gloves. How about salsa dancing, or a sprint tri? Handball anyone? You lift and run, sweat and strain in the gym, putting in three to five classes a week to be better. A class is only an hour long. CrossFit gives you incredible bang for your buck. Now get out there and make use of it.
