Weaknesses. Oh yeah, I have them. And I was graphically reminded of that today. One of my biggest weaknesses, one that I was ignoring very well, reared up and smacked me, loudly and painfully, right in the proverbial face.
Ring dips. Ninety of them, to be precise.
After the first set of 10, I was reduced to doing them in sets of 2, 3, and 1. There might have been a set or two of 4, but they were pretty lonely. And, as you might have guessed, the front of my shoulders and my chest are not very happy with me right now. I fully expect them to be breaking off all diplomatic relations with me tomorrow.
Back in September, I wrote a post about weaknesses and I claimed ring dips as my big one. I know that a lot of you (unlike me and ring dips) have been working on the weaknesses that you recognized back in September.
What were those weaknesses? How did you train them? Are they still weakness? What are you focusing on next?
