Weightlifting Club at CrossFit West

Do you ever wish that you could focus on your Olympic Lifts? That Snatch frustrating you? Want to work on your split jerk? If you are a member of CrossFit West/Ready, you may have seen athletes in the Weightlifting area on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays lifting those colorful weights open, down, and around. Starting Monday Jan 9th-Jan 27th CrossFit West, Coach Donovan Ford will be hosting an Open hour of Weightlifting. Here CrossFit West/Ready members may have an opportunity to see what a Weightlifting cycle consists of, and at the same time work on those challenging lifts.
