If you are a member of CrossFit West/Ready, you may have seen athletes in the Weightlifting area on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays lifting those colorful weights open, down, and around. Starting Monday Jan 9th-Jan 27th CrossFit West, Coach Donovan Ford will be hosting an Open hour of Weightlifting. Here CrossFit West/Ready members may have an opportunity to see what a Weightlifting cycle consists of, and at the same time work on those challenging lifts.
