What an awesome Sunday in the beautiful city of San Francisco. We had 7 CrossFit West/Ready members compete at the Hassle Free BBC Record Breakers weightlifting competition! Of our Athletes the following represented our gyms proudly and strongly!

The competition started at 8am, and lasted all the way until 6pm! We had Pr’s, close misses, and a lot of good vibes. Everyone was dressed in their Snatch Trooper outfits, moving some awesome weights fluidly and powerfully! Thank you all for coming and supporting us!
