Hello CrossFit West and CrossFit Ready family!
This Holiday season our family is getting a little bigger in hosting Seabright CrossFit until they fix up their gym. Earlier in the month, someone broke into CrossFit Seabright and set their gym on fire, causing major damage! Until their gym gets up and running again, CrossFit Seabright members and coaches will have access to CrossFit Ready and CrossFit West! This is what CrossFit is all about, especially during the holidays! Introduce yourself and make them all feel welcomed to our community!
