He’s back!  Back from the disant land of Greek Olympic lifters, and God’s, and ancient ruins.  Newly energized, inspired, and ready to make you work.  Welcome home Sam.

While good ol’ Sammy was away on his honeymoon in Greece, many of us trainers, while filling in for him, had an opportunity to work with lots of you that we don’t normally work with.  I must say we had lots of fun getting to coach different people that we don’t get to see very often.  It got me thinking about our different classes and “teams.”  Team 6AM, for example, is a super fun, energetic, firebreathing group.  Tight knit, and full of personality, they made it exciting to be tossing around heavy weights before the sun even came up.  And the M,W,F crowd… talk about eager learners.  It was a pleasure to work with all of you.  When I reflected on how much fun it was I thought about how much fun it is as an athlete to mix things up too.

If you’re looking for a little re-inspiration, try mixing up the time of day you workout or the days you work out.  All of us coaches have our own flavor too, so be sure to take all of our classes- even if it means scheduling a special day.  If you’re an avid night goer, just once set your alarm early and go check out the 6AM class.   Not only is it a fantastic group, but Jason is one of the most supportive trainers you will come by.  And if you’re a daytime person, schedule time for a night class and try out The Black Heart.  He’s sure to make you feel that burn you felt when you first started Crossfit.  And no matter who you are, definitely, definitely, come to any of Sam’s M,W,F classes to welcome him home and get back down to business!

We’re happy you’re home Sam!
